Changing the Ceramic Glass Panel Seal:
From time to time, the ceramic glass panel or its gasket seals may need replacement. Only 4 mm ceramic
stove glass should be used. For ease, remove the door and place it face down on a cushioned surface such
as cardboard or a folded dust sheet. Clean the door’s inside surfaces and remove the stainless steel
screws securing the glass clips.
Carefully remove the glass panel and clean it if it is to be reused. Remove all traces of the old seal from
the door casting and prepare the surfaces for new seals. Fit a new self-adhesive seal, ensuring it forms a
continuous line with no gaps. Replace the glass panel, followed by the clips and screws. Gradually tighten
the screws in turn to compress the new gaskets—do not overtighten as this will cause the glass to crack.
