Removing the Stove Door:
To remove the stove door, 昀椀rst lift the lid and rotate it. Open the door to approximately 30 degrees and
lift away to disengage the hinge pins. Note that removing the door is not necessary for cleaning or
removing items from inside the 昀椀rebox. Take care not to break the glass and avoid losing the hinge pins.
Replacing Door Seals:
Rope seals are secured with a 300-degree high-temperature stove seal adhesive. Never use ordinary
glazing or sanitary silicone adhesives, as they cannot withstand high temperatures and will produce a
white residue. To replace the seals, pull away the old rope seals and scrape off excess adhesive. Apply a
3–4 mm diameter bead of new adhesive continuously around the mounting face, ensuring there are no
gaps at the ends. Press the new rope seal evenly into the channel and ensure it sits properly in all
corners. Close the door to compress the seal and allow it to dry for several hours before 昀椀ring. To test
the seal, trap a strip of paper in the closed door. If the paper is securely trapped, the seal is effective. If
the paper pulls out, further adjustments are required.
