Symptom: Dif昀椀culty Lighting the Fire
Cause
Refuelling onto a cold 昀椀re bed or adding too
much fuel
Operation with the door left open
Air controls too far open
Wood moisture level above 20%
Solution
Ensure a suf昀椀cient bed of glowing embers exists
before refuelling, and reduce the size and amount
of fuel added.
Always close the appliance door during operation,
except when refuelling, to maintain proper
