REASSEMBLY OF INTERNAL COMPONENTS
Reassembly of Internal Components
Before completing the installation, ensure that all internal components removed for transport or
handling (such as the grate, baf昀氀e plate, 昀椀rebricks, log guard, and ash pan) are reassembled in reverse
order. Double-check that each component is securely and correctly positioned according to the
instructions. Also ensure that all connections and seals are made sound.
Door Adjustment
When re昀椀tting the 昀椀re door, it is essential to ensure a proper seal to maintain ef昀椀ciency and safety.

After reattaching the door, check that the
rope seal on the inner face of the door
makes even contact with the stove body
when the door is closed. An even seal is
crucial for ef昀椀cient operation and to prevent
any smoke or fumes from escaping.
3. Adjusting the Handle Catch Plate

To adjust the handle catch, remove the right
side brick inside the stove to access the
plate holding the handle catch.

Loosen and tighten the two nuts securing
the plate, allowing you to move it forwards
or backwards as needed. This adjustment
ensures that the handle catch aligns securely,
creating a 昀椀rm, airtight closure when the
door is latched.

To adjust the door alignment, locate the
hinges at the top and bottom of the stove.
Using a 13mm socket, you can loosen or
tighten the bolts to move the hinges
backwards or forwards until the door sits
evenly against the stove body.
