Pre-Installation Chimney Sweep
The chimney must be inspected and swept prior to the installation of the appliance by a Competent
Chimney Sweep. This should be carried out by a professional certi昀椀ed by one of the following

You should obtain and keep a copy of the chimney sweep certi昀椀cate as part of the paperwork for the
installation of the Hamer stove. This serves as proof of proper chimney preparation and should be
retained for future reference, as it may be required.
